Free delivery - just the way it should be:
Any in stock order placed before 3pm will be despatched on the same day you ordered it. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail. This service should take between 2-5 working days.
Courier Next day delivery £7.50
Available for in stock orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed Monday – Thursday will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. I am afraid this is not applicable for Highlands, Islands and outlying areas, where delivery will be 2 – 3 working days.
Overseas orders (credit card only) standard delivery (up to 14 working days)
- Europe - £8.50
- USA - £9.50
- Rest of World - £15.00 (free over £75)
Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to your billing address.
All the prices on our website and catalogue are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union then your bill will include VAT.
To return or exchange an item, there is a freepost returns address sticker in with your order (except items bought in sales or discount promotions). Please use this sticker to return your parcel. Please fill in the reverse side of the invoice to tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can sort any problems out.
Please ensure that you use the proof of posting card at the Post Office when you send your goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.
You have up to 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your item(s).
Please note: Sale and discounted items are treated differently. You can still return your item for any reason, but you must post it back to us within 7 working days (14 working days for international customers). There are no free returns on sale items, discounted items or international orders.

What if I live outside the UK?
For orders returned from outside the UK, you must cover the return postage costs yourself. Please ensure that you use the proof of posting card (also enclosed with your order) at the Post Office when you send your goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.
