In keeping with the latest update to BS EN 61347-2-7 Their associated modules will stop charging the cells if their case temperature falls below 0°C or rises above 55°C. The emergency packs will continue to operate where required, providing their is enough capacity remaining in the battery.

Liteplan’s EMTrac is a 3-hour Non-Maintained Emergency LED which is designed as a discrete and simple emergency lighting solution to track fed lighting schemes. In keeping with the emergency lighting standards, the product is locked in place on the track to inhibit post installation relocation. This retains the agreed emergency lighting scheme in the event of the mains lighting being adjusted. There are four main versions available, basic emergency operation, self-test, DALI-2 self-test and wireless self-test operation. Both types are available in white (RAL9016) and black (RAL9005). The product is suitable for Global Trac, Eutrac and Stucchi track systems. For basic emergency operation, we supply the track adaptor, however this is only suitable for Global, Eutrac and Stucchi 3-circuit track systems. For wired DALI projects, the track adaptor will always need to be free issued to us prior to manufacture. All our batteries feature temperature monitoring. The NLP/1/SP85-R is supplied as a remote conversion kit designed to be mounted adjacent to the luminaire, where room inside the fitting is limited.
