Refund policy

At Shorters Limited (Company No. 08240004), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item(s).


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be returned in the original packaging (where applicable).

  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable or personalized items.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Intimate or hygienic goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, etc.) once opened.


How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, name, and reason for return in your message.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier unless instructed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@shortersuk.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@shortersuk.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
