All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, a reliable two-day tracked delivery service.
International orders are shipped via a reliable courier partner depending on destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We are unable to predict or control these additional costs, as they vary by country.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
